Customer Journey:
Installing External Wall Insulation can seem like a daunting and long winded process but we aim to make it pain-free experience for our customers by keeping them informed every step of the way. Once you have signed up with us, we allocate you a Customer Liaison Officer who is effectively project-managing the whole process for you. They will advise you of all the key dates (scaffold going up etc) and will manage all of your appointments with the specialist tradespeople (plumber, electrician, etc).
Quality Management:
Our Operations Manager will meet with you before the works start in order to run through every detail of the planned installation, to make sure that you are happy with every aspect. From this meeting he creates a “job-brief” that is shared with all the relevant tradespeople and you receive a copy too. He then will make regular site visits at each of the key stages of installation to ensure that he is happy with the Quality of workmanship, and that the “job-brief” is being delivered.

In 2013 and 2014 Rockwarm was involved in the delivery of an £830k home insulation scheme as the sole subcontractor to Kier Services, Coventry City Council’s framework contractor. The project used DECC funding to install measures such as insulation to external walls, cavity walls and lofts along with draught proofing and boiler replacement to the homes of around 100 disabled people across the city in very varied building archetypes.
There were two key requirements of the sub-contractor: firstly a high level of customer service when dealing with disabled and sometimes vulnerable residents and secondly the delivery of a high quality of workmanship so that residents are happy and the City Council is not exposed to claims in future years. Rockwarm delivered very well on both requirements and were open and helpful in project management meetings such that the City Council would be happy to engage them in the future on similar schemes.
