Excellent from start to finish

We chose Rockwarm as they have an excellent reputation on the area. We did not try to obtain other quotes because we wanted to use a tried and tested company. From the start to finish of the process we found the office staff and installation teams all friendly, informative and professional. For us, the most important part of the process was good communication and in this respect Rockwarm exceeded my expectations. The finished installation looks great and we are finding the house temperature inside much more comfortable. The installation of exterior cladding has improved our EPC rating, obviated the need for exterior decorating and re-pointing and, hopefully, save on our energy bills. Overall we are very pleased to have chosen Rockford and appreciative of the professionalism of Andy, Tracey & Sara. We would highly recommend Rockwarm to anyone considering installation of external wall insulation.
