Rockwarm are fantastic

The Rockwarm team have provided a brilliant service from initial walkround inspection to final snagging visits after installation. From Tracy and Sarah on reception, to Andy, Team Manager and quality surveyor, Steve and Mark, the plumbers, the external wall crew, Roy the carpenter and John on deliveries - all have provided reassurance, answered every question - however challenging and gone above and beyond to dispel any anxieties I had about the process and provide innovative solutions when required. They even made some minor adaptations to ensure the wellbeing of pets throughout the whole process! I cannot recommend the company more highly particularly the aftercare service they provide.
